ABC Full [27-01-2026] General Hospital: Nina Hands Willow to Police After Drugging Reveal?!
General Hospital Spoilers: Nina Grows Suspicious of Willow as Kai Holds the Missing Piece
Welcome back to General Hospital spoilers, where secrets never stay buried for long—and this time, Nina Reeves may be closer than ever to uncovering the truth about her daughter.
What should have been a moment of celebration quickly turned unsettling. Nina was ready to toast Willow’s legal victory with champagne, only to witness her daughter completely unravel after learning of Drew Cain’s sudden and devastating stroke. Willow’s reaction wasn’t just emotional—it was alarming.
Given how openly Willow admitted that her marriage to Drew was a calculated move, Nina can’t help but feel something isn’t adding up. The tears, the hysteria, the desperate concern—it all feels performative. Nina senses the act, but she hasn’t yet figured out why Willow is playing it.
That’s where Kai Taylor may come in.
Kai May Be the Ally Nina Needs
Following Drew’s stroke, Nina needed a ride to the hospital—and Kai just happened to be nearby. The timing may not be accidental. Kai, who has been drifting without direction since Drew’s fall from power, may now feel a sense of gratitude toward Nina after her encouragement helped him reconsider his future.
With Drew no longer around to control him, Kai may finally feel free to speak.
The question is: will he tell Nina what he knows?
Kai is aware that Willow shot Drew. If gratitude turns into honesty, Nina may finally learn the truth she’s been circling. But revealing that secret could completely destroy Willow—and Nina knows it.
Nina has already crossed moral lines to protect her daughter. On the night Drew was shot, she exposed Portia Robinson’s missing alibi to divert police attention away from Willow. But was that enough? Or is Nina now facing a reckoning she can’t avoid?
Portia’s Career Hangs in the Balance
Meanwhile, Portia Robinson’s professional future remains uncertain. Recent conversations with Laura Collins and Tracy Quartermaine suggest she may be allowed to return to General Hospital—but not as co-chief of staff.
A demotion would be devastating.
Portia has spent months making difficult course corrections, and stepping down from a leadership role could leave her battling embarrassment, regret, and self-doubt. Still, a slower-paced role may align better with her personal life, especially with a baby on the way.
Ironically, this shift could also level the playing field in her relationship with Dr. Isaiah Gannon, who previously worried that dating the hospital’s top authority made him vulnerable. If Portia is no longer in charge, that imbalance disappears.
But the bigger question remains: who will lead GH if Portia doesn’t return to power?
With Dr. Terry Randolph still absent and Britt Westbourne’s medical license reinstated, rumors swirl that Britt may eventually reclaim a leadership role—if she survives the dangers currently closing in.

And that belief makes him incredibly dangerous.
Willow’s Perfect Performance—and the Cracks Beneath It
In the aftermath of Drew’s stroke, Willow plays her role flawlessly: the devoted wife, the grieving woman, the terrified mother. But behind closed doors, something is missing.
There is no remorse.
Willow didn’t want Drew dead—she wanted freedom. Now, with Drew incapacitated, custody battles tilt in her favor, and no one questions her motives. Except perhaps Michael… and Chase.
Chase finds himself pulled back into Willow’s orbit, not by desire, but by shared trauma and unresolved history. Michael senses it too, leading to a violent confrontation that leaves Chase shaken—and aware that something inside him has changed.
Brook Lynn notices. She pulls back. She asks for space.
Willow, meanwhile, leans into patience, healing, and quiet manipulation—confiding just enough to keep Chase close without revealing anything truly incriminating.
The danger is no longer just legal.
It’s emotional.
And it’s spreading.

Will Kai expose Willow to Nina?
Can Nina protect her daughter without destroying her?
