General Hospital Rumors: Multiple Exits, a Possible Death, Willow’s Temporary Departure — and a Major Return

General Hospital may be heading into one of its biggest cast shake-ups in months, with new behind-the-scenes rumors pointing to several possible exits, at least one potentially deadly storyline, a temporary departure for Willow, and the return of a familiar character.

None of these developments have been officially confirmed by ABC, so they should be treated strictly as rumors and leaks for now. Still, the source behind the claims has reportedly been accurate about several major twists in the past, including Jack Brennan’s death and the revelation that Cyrus was responsible for Sam’s murder.

Kai Taylor could be on his way out

One of the biggest rumored exits involves Kai Taylor, played by Jens Austin Astrup.

If Kai does leave, the timing could not be worse for Trina.

Trina is already dealing with enormous pressure. Her father Curtis is in Pentonville, she has just learned the truth about Brook Lynn’s role as the second driver in the accident involving Curtis and Jordan, and another major threat may soon emerge: an obsessed stalker.

Right now, Kai is one of the people standing firmly in Trina’s corner.

That is why a simple breakup may not be dramatic enough.

One theory is that Simon could pressure Kai into stepping away from Trina after already warning him not to hold her back. Another darker possibility is that Kai could become a victim of whoever is stalking Trina.

If that happens, Kai’s exit could become the storyline that pushes Trina into an even more dangerous chapter.

Could Ric Lansing face a deadly health crisis?

Another name being mentioned is Ric Lansing.

Rumors about Rick Hearst possibly leaving General Hospital have circulated before, but the latest claim suggests his exit storyline may involve a serious medical crisis.
