General Hospital comings and goings relay that a new face will soon arrive in Port Charles that promises to pull the rug out from under our feet. Just as Lulu Spencer miraculously awakens from her long coma, the drama of her father Luke Spencer’s tragic death looms large.
This means that the GH bosses might bring another character back from the dead. Will we get to witness Anthony Geary as Luke once again? Lulu Spencer has finally opened her eyes after a deep sleep, and our beloved coma girly is back with a bang.
Longtime viewers know that the woman has been in a coma for almost half a decade, and now she’s back in action. Just because Lulu was asleep doesn’t mean the chaos around Port Charles hit pause. So, it looks like the character has missed out on a ton of heartbreaking news while she was away.
Let’s start with Lulu’s kids. They are obviously grown up! Rocco Falconeri has grown into a young and beautiful man, so expect emotional scenes as Lulu reflects on missing out on her kids’ childhoods.
As for Charlotte Cassadine, the newly awakened resident will not be able to reunite with her daughter since she’s on the run with Valentin Cassadine. But we’ll all be focusing on the brighter side as tearful reunions take place at General Hospital.
Lulu will obviously be glad to see Rocco, Laura, and Lucky Spencer, but soon she will learn about her father not being by her bedside. We know that two years ago, Luke lost his life in a cable car disaster, and it later came to light that Victor Cassadine was behind it all.
Since Luke’s dead body was not shown, many viewers are still hoping that this death can be undone. General Hospital comings and goings tease that characters coming back from the dead is a normal thing on soap operas. So, could we see Luke Spencer making a bombshell return to Port Charles to be with his daughter?
It would obviously be great to see Lulu and Luke reuniting somewhere down the line if the ABC soap reaches out to Anthony Geary and asks him to reprise the role of Lulu’s father. Even though Lulu will be all up for meeting her “dead” father again, the pain of missing so much will haunt her.
Think about it—coma girly missed out on a lot, including Sam McCall’s demise and how her condition affected Dante Falconeri.
