The Young and the Restless Monday, March 31 Update: Victoria’s Breakup Question for Claire – Kyle Confesses

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers update for Monday, March 31, reveals that Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) will have a breakup question for Claire Newman (Hayley Erin) while Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) confesses to Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman).

At Society, Victoria will sing Claire’s praises now that she’s doing so well at Chancellor.

Once the conversation shifts to Claire’s relationship with Kyle, she’ll admit Victor Newman’s (Eric Braeden) disapproval is still an issue.

Victoria will wonder if Claire thinks breaking up with Kyle is the only way to protect him from Victor’s wrath.

Claire will assure Victoria that’s not an option since she spent far too much of her life following Jordan’s (Colleen Zenk) orders.

Now Claire will plan to keep making decisions for herself, but she’ll still fret over Victor’s lack of blessing and wish for a way to change his point of view.

Claire will point out that Summer Newman (Allison Lanier) isn’t a fan of her romance with Kyle either, but Victoria will basically urge her to ignore all the drama and just concentrate on her happiness.

In the meantime, Victoria will intend to defend Kyle and Claire’s relationship as best as she can.

At the athletic club, Kyle will confide in Jack about how different Claire is than any other woman he’s ever been with.

Kyle always felt like he had to prove himself with Summer somehow, but things are just easy with Claire.

Since Kyle’s feeling so content in his love life, he’ll be ready to tackle whatever Victor throws at them.

That said, Kyle will worry a bit about the possibility that Victor will wear Claire down with all his naysaying.

Claire walking away would no doubt be Kyle’s worst fear, but Jack will make some positive predictions.

That said, Jack will seem a little concerned about Summer potentially wanting a reunion with Kyle.

There’ll also be some fears about how Victor might use Summer as part of his agenda.

After Kyle exits on Monday’s Y&R episode, Jack will run into Victoria and urge her to give Victor a message for him.

If Victor causes heartache for Kyle and Claire, then he’ll have to answer to Jack – and Victoria will mutter to herself about her father answering to her, too.

At the coffeehouse, Kyle and Claire will have a surprise encounter, so they’ll get lovey-dovey as Claire digs her heels in on this romance.

At Nate Hastings’ (Sean Dominic) place, he’ll continue bonding with Damian Kane (Jermaine Rivers) as they share some laughs with Amy Lewis (Valarie Pettiford).

Since Amy won’t be feeling the greatest after her treatment, she’ll ultimately get some sleep as she recovers upstairs.

Once Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) arrives, she’ll push Damian to confess what he’s really up to – and that goes for his boss, Aristotle Dumas, as well.

Lily will admit her source said Aristotle gave Damian info on her along with Devon Winters (Bryton James) three months ago.

It’ll leave Lily suspicious about whether Damian already knew Nate was his half-brother and that Amy was sick.

Damian will explain that he simply read about Devon and Lily in a business publication, so he recalled their names when Nate reached out with a position for him. That’s why Damian asked Aristotle what he knew.

Damian had no clue about Nate being his half-sibling and certainly didn’t know Amy had been given such a terrible diagnosis.

Lily will act like her source is more trustworthy than Damian, but he’ll maintain that someone’s playing her.

Nate will hear Damian’s side of the story, but he’ll remain on edge over the secrets Damian might be keeping.

After Lily leaves in a huff, Amy will emerge from the bedroom to find Damian clashing with Nate, so she’ll expect some answers.

The Young and the Restless spoilers say Nate and Damian will try to downplay their fight, but Amy will push for updates on all the latest news.
