The Bold and The Beautiful

As Don Diamont celebrates 40 years at CBS, the actor takes us behind the scenes of the big bash B&B threw for him!

Don Diamont was blown away by the way his colleagues stood up and praised him in honor of his 40th anniversary at CBS.

Four decades at one job, particularly acting, is quite the feat. But The Bold and the Beautiful’s Don Diamont has done it, and continues going strong as the ruthless Bill Spencer. Having previously gotten his feet wet playing Brad Carlton on The Young and the Restless, he learned a lot about the industry. Now, with 40 years under his belt at CBS, the show honored Diamont with a lovely celebration.

His Deep Gratitude

Recently, the B&B cast and crew got together on set to honor Diamont. In conjunction with Michael Fairman TV, the actor shared some video clips from the event on social media, with various actors praising his decades of hard work. He then wrote on Instagram, “Hard to express the depth of my gratitude for the last 40 years of my career in general, and for the beautiful event a few days ago celebrating my 40th Anniversary on CBS specifically.”

Diamont continued, “The sentiments expressed by ALL touched my soul, and I was blessed to have my family in attendance. Thank you doesn’t begin to articulate my feelings, but THANK YOU too.” He further thanked executive producer Bradley Bell, and his co-stars that attended. He also thanked Y&R’s Beth Maitland (Traci) and Peter Bergman (Jack) for making an appearance, as well as sending love to the fans.

An Amazing Accomplishment

Diamont finished off his post by writing, “It’s been quite a ride between @youngandrestlesscbs and @boldandbeautifulcbs , and we’re not done yet! ‼️🙏🏻❤️‼️” He shared many photos from the event, showing the love and admiration his castmates have for him. Darin Brooks, who plays Diamont’s onscreen son, Wyatt, responded, “Congratulations Donaldo (The Dancing King of Italia 🕺🏻)!!! Wish I could’ve been there!! Love and miss you! And Cheers to 40 more TV pops!!! 🎉🥂👏❤️🫶.”

Several co-stars chimed in including Crew Morrow (Will), Lisa Yamada (Luna), and Rebecca Budig who replied, “Congratulations Don. You are a gem. ❤️.” And among the incredible number of congratulations from the fans, Days of Our Lives’ Linsey Godfrey responded, “Congratulations on 40 years, uncle 😉.
