General Hospital Shocking Spoilers: Robert Isn’t Sasha’s Father — It’s Faison!
General Hospital spoilers report that Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers) was floored to hear Holly Sutton (Emma Samms) admit that she never had any intention of telling him he had a daughter.
Holly spent all of Sasha Gilmore Corbin’s (Sofia Mattsson) life telling her that her father was dead. Now, she’s claiming to have her heart on her sleeve and the best of intentions in wanting to steer Sasha away from Cody Bell (Josh Kelly), whom she claims is her first cousin and thus not a romantic option for her little girl.
The fans aren’t buying this storyline very well, given that Holly has shown no other signs of caring about her child’s well-being. So why now? Why, on the heels of realizing she may not have an easy way to crawl back into Robert’s arms?
Some GH addicts think it’s because she wants a way to bond herself to Robert more permanently, but those of us who’ve been watching long enough know what really happened back in the day.
That makes this story all the less sellable. So, if Robert is not Sasha’s dad, then who is? How about…Cesar Faison (Anders Hove)?
General Hospital Spoilers — Back in the Day
Way back in their heyday, Robert and Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) were one hot item — and Holly couldn’t stand it. While it’s clear that Holly thought Robert was dead for a number of years, it’s also true that he thought she was dead for a while, too.
Besides, anyone who was watching back then knows just how preoccupied Robert was with finding Anna. Most would infer he was far too busy with that task to sidestep it and hook up with Holly, who was barely around.
GH Spoilers Leak — Sasha Looks Like Britt?
Some fans are itching for Sasha to be Faison’s child. Why? It would vilify Holly further and probably leave Robert disgusted with her.
It would also finally make sense of the comment Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) made a while back about Sasha looking like Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud).
Further, it might leave Sasha feeling as though there isn’t a shred of good DNA in her. At the same time, she’ll instantly become James West’s (Gary James Fuller) aunt, coupled up with his uncle.
General Hospital Spoilers — Hacked by Holly?
Holly is the ultimate con artist. She spends a considerable amount of time getting to know her marks, too. So we have no reason to believe that she doesn’t know her daughter very well, even if she’s been an absent parent.
It sounds like Holly taught Sasha everything she knows about running a good con, and it also sounds like she’s manipulated the girl in every way imaginable over the years.
So it stands to reason she knows how to play her like a fiddle. Does Holly know her well enough to know Sasha would run straight to Robert to confront this issue head-on?
Was she expecting that all along and prepared to run interference with any DNA test Robert had sent off to the WSB?
