The Young and the Restless

Michelle Stafford’s IG Post Leaves Fans in Tears | Eric Braeden Touched by Former TV Son

Recently, Y&R actress Michelle Stafford shared a throwback post with a special person.
And not only was it an emotional moment for her, it was for the fans as well.

That’s not all. We also have Eric Braeden who was just blown away and really touched by his TV son.
So, watch till the end to know all about it.

Hey everyone, welcome to Trend Street.

It’s been 6 years since the daytime world lost one of its precious actors, Kristoff St. John — aka Neil Winters from The Young and the Restless.
And not a day goes without the fans missing him.

That was the kind of impact and legacy he had.
It’s safe to say there wasn’t a single soul who didn’t absolutely adore that man.

Everybody loved him — especially his Young and the Restless family.
And recently, his on-screen love and off-screen best friend, Michelle Stafford, shared an emotional post of their friendship and love.

On Thursday, May 15th, Stafford shared a throwback clip from 2012 featuring none other than her late co-star and real-life bestie, Kristoff St. John.
The video was from a red carpet interview where Stafford was playing the classic game of “Marry, Befriend, or Kill.”

Without hesitation, she pointed to Kristoff and said, “I’d marry Neil.”
And just like that, Kristoff swooped in with the smoothest move ever, wrapping his arm around her and adding, “I would marry you. I would marry you.”

Totally flustered, she couldn’t even properly answer the rest of the questions.
Just take a look at that pure chemistry.

And yep — fans were just as smitten re-watching the moment.
In her caption, Michelle wrote, “Came across this from 2012, I think. Oh man, how we miss him.”

And that was enough to send Y&R fans straight into the feels.
The comment section was full of love, memories, and people remembering how deeply it hurt when the news first broke about his death back in 2019.

So many fans admitted they still miss him to this day.
After all, it was the golden era with him.

He wasn’t just a talented actor. He was a beloved soul in the soap community.

And while we were all reminiscing about Kristoff, another Y&R legend — Eric Braeden — was having a full-on proud dad moment.
Not with his real son, but his former TV one.

Remember Justin Hartley as Adam Newman?
Well, it’s been nearly a decade since he left Genoa City.

But Justin’s not exactly taking it easy.
The man’s out here killing it in Hollywood.

After saying goodbye to daytime, Hartley became a fan favorite on This Is Us, playing Kevin Pearson.
And now, he’s the lead star and executive producer of the hit CBS series Tracker, playing Coulter Shaw.

Last Sunday, Tracker wrapped up its season with a bang.
The finale had everything — tears, twists, and a jaw-dropping cliffhanger.

And guess who was watching and cheering from the sidelines?
Yep — Eric Braeden himself.

On Facebook, he gave Justin a major shout-out, writing:
“Watch Tracker with my friend Justin Hartley starring. I was blown away by the final show.”

But he didn’t stop there.
He went on to praise everything from the cast and direction to the cinematography and even the locations.

Then came the cherry on top:
“Justin is one of those rare actors with absolute authenticity. One believes every move. Great show, brother.”

Talk about a proud TV dad moment.

Now, Tracker has already been renewed for Season 3,
so we’ll be seeing more of Justin Hartley doing what he does best — owning every scene.

So, are you still keeping up with Tracker?
And just like Stafford, do you also miss Kristoff St. John?
