As excitement brews among longtime General Hospital fans, speculation is heating up over whether Anthony Geary could return to the soap as the iconic Luke Spencer—despite the character being presumed dead.

Lucky Spencer is making waves again, Laura is serving as the mayor of Port Charles, Tracy Quartermaine remains a steady presence, and Lulu’s storyline is still active—despite her being in a coma. Given these developments, some fans believe that if Lulu can awaken from her coma, Luke returning from the dead isn’t entirely out of the question.
Fans across forums and comment sections have been vocal about how much they miss Geary’s presence on the show. One viewer remarked, “I think he would add some much-needed zip. Lucky’s back.
