Victor Faces Betrayals, Adam Under Pressure, and Lily Pushes for Answers
Soap Dirt’s Belinda here with your latest two-week spoilers for The Young and the Restless! Let’s dive into what’s happening from April 28 through May 9.
Monday, April 28:
The tension between Audra and Lily continues to simmer following Friday’s confrontation. Lily challenges Audra’s honesty, particularly regarding her dealings with Halden. Audra stands firm, claiming she has been truthful, although Lily remains skeptical.
Lily accuses Audra of withholding critical information about Holden faking his identity as Damian. Audra defends herself, saying her silence allowed Nate time to work things out. She also denies any knowledge of Duma and promises to keep supporting Nate’s family.
After Audra leaves, Lily turns her attention to Holden, pressing him for information. However, Holden, visibly annoyed, refuses to cooperate.
Meanwhile, Michael informs Victor that their Jabot spy is behaving suspiciously. Victor instructs Michael to cut the spy loose, believing Jack suspects something — although Victor underestimates Kyle’s awareness. Michael demands to know the full scope of Victor’s plan, but the confrontation quickly escalates into a heated argument. Feeling unappreciated, Michael storms off and reaches out to Jack.
Elsewhere, Jack and Billy discuss Phyllis’s relentless push for Daniel to join Abbottcom. Billy worries that Phyllis’s unresolved trauma from her kidnapping could derail their plans, but Jack reassures him there’s no rush for returns on his investment.
Michael later meets with Jack, hinting at Victor’s espionage but stopping short of revealing everything. If Michael does reveal the full list of spies embedded at Jabot, it could change everything.
Meanwhile, Kyle gives Claire a tour of the Abbott mansion and invites her to move in for Harrison’s sake. Claire hesitates, asking for more time to adjust after moving out of Victoria and Cole’s home. Despite Kyle’s disappointment, Claire promises she is committed — and ready to stand up to Victor if needed.
Tuesday, April 29:
Mariah returns from Europe with Nick, Sharon, and Faith but hides a secret that Tessa quickly picks up on.
Elsewhere, Sally and Audra engage in a scheming session. It remains unclear whether their plotting targets Sally’s feud with Phyllis, Audra’s issues with Halden, Victor, or all of the above.
Billy and Phyllis’s working relationship deteriorates. Phyllis’s relentless meddling over Daniel could see Billy firing her before Abbottcom even officially launches.
Wednesday, April 30:
Lauren receives unexpected news — possibly linked to Michael’s fallout with Victor or his covert conversations with Jack.
Victoria pressures Cole into making a difficult decision, possibly about addressing a persistent health issue — ominous timing as May Sweeps are underway.
Meanwhile, Nikki steps up to help Claire and Kyle, possibly by securing them an apartment, a move guaranteed to provoke Victor’s ire.
Thursday, May 1:
Summer faces a major professional setback as she risks losing Chelsea from Marchetti.
After learning about Michael’s collusion with Jack, Lauren lashes out. Though Michael insists he’s trying to defuse tensions, Lauren believes his actions will only enrage Victor further.
Meanwhile, Victor shocks Audra by drastically altering the terms of their agreement. His fury over Claire and Kyle’s deepening relationship may drive his new, harsher approach.
Friday, May 2:
Phyllis spirals into deeper worry about Daniel — though ironically, it’s Phyllis herself who’s more unstable.
Chelsea makes a bold career move, transitioning to Newman Media.
Meanwhile, Victor orders Adam to play hardball, potentially setting his sights on Billy and/or Kyle. The pressure on Adam continues to mount.
Week of May 5–9:
Adam struggles to balance Victor’s demand for ruthless tactics with Chelsea’s new role as COO at Newman Media. If Adam targets Billy as Victor demands, Chelsea may soon regret aligning herself with him.
Audra finds herself trapped between loyalty to Nate and her ambitions to build her own empire. Victor’s new demands may force her to choose between love and power.
Summer remains furious over Kyle and Claire’s living arrangements and might team up with Holden to stir up trouble.
Phyllis’s mental state continues to deteriorate rapidly, setting up a major downward spiral.
Michael’s risky attempt to broker peace looks poised to backfire spectacularly, as Victor loses allies fast. With Nikki and Victoria siding with Claire and Kyle, Victor’s control over the family weakens further.
Audra struggles to keep pace with Victor’s mounting expectations, and Michael’s secret dealings with Jack threaten to blow everything wide open.
Will Victor finally relent — or is this just the beginning of his next ruthless play?
