Y&R’s epic showdown ends in tragic de@th
This week, we’ve got CLA playing Jordan, Billy getting back to his old ways, while Sharon still fights to see another day. So, without any further ado, let’s jump right into it!
Hey everyone, welcome to Tren Street. Sadly, we’re not starting this week with a new episode, as The Young and the Restless will be preempted for CBS news coverage. But from Tuesday, we’re back on track!
According to the Y&R spoilers, CLA takes it a step further to win her crazy aunt’s trust. As we all know, after years of getting played by Jordan, CLA finally has the chance to play the player. Jordan definitely seems to be buying it when CLA fills Nikki in on how Jordan’s a danger to everyone they care about.
“As long as she’s alive, Nikki’s all in on the plan. ‘That’s why we need to figure out our next move. Where do we take her so we can end this?’ CLA says in the Y&R preview clip.”
Nikki’s got an idea, so she tells CLA and Victoria to grab their coats. It seems like Nikki’s found the perfect spot to lure Jordan in and finish this once and for all. But of course, things might not go exactly as planned.
While Victoria and Nikki are fully on board with CLA’s mission to catch Jordan, Victor can’t resist a little eavesdropping. He’s been busy with Ian, so we totally get why the girls want to handle Jordan on their own. But this time, instead of stepping in to stop them, Victor might just end up helping them with their plan to take Jordan out for good.
As for Nick and Chance, the duo is still in search of Sharon. Nick was sure that Ian was responsible for Sharon’s disappearance and believed he had an accomplice. Soon enough, Nick’s suspicions are confirmed as the clues lead to a motel room. Chance finds a glass with a lipstick stain on it, and they both realize that Ian has another partner in crime — and it’s a woman.
It’s only a matter of time until they realize that the lipstick belongs to Jordan. Meanwhile, Sharon is still hanging on for her dear life. She’s desperately trying to escape the basement, but so far, all her efforts have failed. How much more can she take? Not to mention, her hallucinations coming back aren’t helping her either. It’s now or never. Nick better come to her rescue soon, or Sharon really needs another escape plan.
Meanwhile, over to Billy:
Billy has kicked off his plan to reclaim Chancellor from the Newmans, though Sally has chosen to stay in the dark about it. In the latest spoilers, as Billy and Jack wrap up their conversation, Sally says she has a surprise for Billy. But what could it be? A romantic gesture? Or something that could give Billy the upper hand in his mission to take back his company?
Once again, Ian’s pulling out all the stops with his manipulation. This time, Tessa is in his sights. He’ll corner her and act all regretful, like he’s disgusted with himself for ruining Mariah’s life. According to spoilers, he even begs Tessa to help him make things right with Mariah.
While Ian may claim he’s looking for redemption, let’s hope Tessa remembers what Mariah said about how dangerous he is. Surely Tessa isn’t falling for this, right? Then again, knowing her, Tessa might just turn the tables and give Ian a taste of his own medicine.
Meanwhile, Mariah is really having a tough time.
She opened up to Nick, admitting that she desperately wanted Ian to be innocent in Sharon’s disappearance. The idea of him being guilty is more than she can bear, as it would mean she’s partly to blame. After all, she’s the one who brought Ian to town in the first place.
So, will Sharon make it out this week? Let us know your thoughts in the comments down below.
