But it wasn’t just your casual catch-up. Nope. Devon actually had a proposal for Anita, who’s just fresh off her big showstopping Articulletes concert. As you know, Devon’s a billionaire music mogul. So, he offered her a record deal for a new solo jazz album. And not just as the artist, but as a co-executive prod
However, Anita turned him down. Instead, she pitched him an even bigger idea: give the deal to her fellow Articulletes, Tracy and Sharon, and she’d just hop in as a featu
But hang on, can we talk about the little spark between Danny and Devon? I mean, come on. If Devon wasn’t a married man, we’d be watching the early stages of a soap-worthy cross-show romance. Just saying. The chemistry was there.
Sadly, Brighton James’ crossover fun seems to be over—for now at least. But hey, it is not the last. In fact, there’s actually a pretty good chance more Y&R faves will be making their way to Fairmont Crest in the future. And honestly, we’ve already got three characters in mind who we’re pretty sure are next in line to cross over.
Number one, Amanda Sinclair.
Amanda Sinclair, played by Michelle Morgan, isn’t just Genoa City’s go-to lawyer. She’s basically a legal powerhouse who can crush any case anywhere. She’s got clients from coast to coast. So, if anyone over at Fairmont Crest finds themselves in hot water, they might just want to speed-dial Miss Sinclair.
Who knows, maybe we’ll see Amanda go head-to-head with BTG‘s own go-to lawyer, Bill. It’d be a must-watch legal fight.
Number two, Lauren Fenmore.
If there’s one thing Fairmont Crest has plenty of, it’s fashion. Former model Danny and her bestie Pamela are running their own modeling agency. While Chelsea and Cat are busy building a new clothing line as their fashion businesses start blowing up, it’s only a matter of time before Genoa City’s boutique queen Lauren Fenmore, played by Tracy Bregman, gets a hint of it.
She’ll maybe come over to shop at Cat and Chelsea Designs or, you know, set up a photo shoot with Danny and Pamela.
Number three, Nate Hastings.
Last but not the least, we know for a fact Nate Hastings, played by Shawn Dominic, will definitely be coming to Fairmont Crest. And honestly, Fairmont Crest could use a guy like him. As one of the best doctors around, he could be called to Garland Memorial Hospital to lend a hand to Doug or Ted on a tricky case.
Not only would Nate get a reminder of why he fell for saving lives in the first place, but we’re betting the hospital’s head nurse, Chenise, would be more than happy to keep him company.
