Tensions at Forrester Creations may soon reach breaking point as another employee prepares to turn her back on the powerful fashion family. This time, however, the resignation will not be quiet, respectful or easily forgotten.

Melissa Dylan has spent weeks watching the conflict between the Forresters and the Spencers spiral out of control. While Steffy Forrester Finnegan, Ridge Forrester and Eric Forrester have increasingly treated Will Spencer as a dangerous threat, Dylan has developed a very different view of him.

She sees a troubled young man who has been judged, isolated and abandoned during the darkest period of his life.

More importantly, she sees an opportunity to become the one person Will believes he can trust.

Steffy Faces Another Shocking Defection

Steffy is already under enormous pressure at Forrester Creations. Hope Logan’s decision to join Katie Logan’s rival business has left the company dealing with another painful betrayal. Eric’s latest couture collection has also been overshadowed by personal scandals, production problems and the worsening conflict with the Spencer family.

Every resignation now feels like another attack on the Forrester legacy.

That is exactly why Dylan’s next move could hit Steffy so hard.

Dylan reportedly walks into Steffy’s office with complete confidence and places her resignation letter directly on the desk. She does not quietly explain that she has received another offer or that she wants to pursue a different career.
