Despite Jack’s hospital room being guarded by police officers, Patty managed to disguise herself as a doctor. Wearing a stolen white coat, surgical mask, and fake identification badge, she calmly approached the officers protecting Jack’s room.

Amazingly, they let her walk straight inside.

The moment immediately reminded longtime viewers why Patty remains one of Genoa City’s most unpredictable villains. Her disguises have fooled people before, and once again, she exploited everyone’s overconfidence.

Inside the dimly lit hospital room, Jack lay unconscious while medical monitors quietly beeped beside his bed. The room was filled with eerie silence as Patty slowly removed her mask and stared at the man she had spent years obsessing over.

 

Stacy Haiduk delivered another chilling performance, perfectly capturing Patty’s unstable mix of love, hatred, jealousy, heartbreak, and obsession. For several long moments, she simply watched Jack, as though deciding whether to spare his life—or end it forever.

Then came the moment that sent viewers to the edge of their seats.

Patty pulled out a large syringe filled with what appeared to be a deadly poison.
