General Hospital Early Weekly Spoilers: Dante Panics Over Missing Evidence as Brennan Races to Stop Disaster

The week of July 27–31 brings buried secrets, dangerous bargains and a possible drowning to General Hospital. Dante Falconeri faces serious consequences when evidence connected to a shooting investigation disappears, while Jack Brennan races against time to secure a valuable black box. Elsewhere, Drew Cain’s trip to the Quartermaine lake may end in disaster, and Anna Devane refuses to stop digging until she uncovers the truth.

The investigation into the shooting of Cullum becomes increasingly dangerous when Anna discovers that the related case files are missing. Brennan immediately insists that Valentin was not responsible, which makes Anna suspicious. His certainty suggests that he knows far more than he has admitted.

Anna presses Brennan to explain why he is so confident. He may reveal that the WSB is covering up the truth and that the shooter was not an enemy, but someone who acted to protect Britt and Jason. The most explosive possibility is that Rocco’s name could surface.

Dante already knows more about the missing evidence than he should. Laura is expected to warn him that Anna is searching aggressively for the files, giving Dante time to prepare for the questions that are coming. However, the situation may soon spiral beyond his control.

If Dante destroyed or concealed evidence to protect Rocco, he could face professional and legal consequences. Anna may ask Chase to assist with the investigation, giving him an opportunity to repair his reputation within the PCPD. That could place Chase directly in the middle of Dante’s secret.

Dante may eventually decide that continuing the cover-up is more dangerous than confessing. Laura, Sonny and Brennan could all attempt to protect Rocco, but Anna is unlikely to stop until she understands exactly what happened on the pier.

Rocco also has an emotional conversation with Sonny, likely concerning the shooting and the guilt he continues to carry. Jason later encourages him to leave the incident behind, although that may be impossible while Anna continues searching for answers.

Meanwhile, Brennan’s problems extend far beyond the missing files.

Valentin explains his plan involving the black box, but Carly questions whether Brennan will simply kill him once the device is delivered. Valentin understands that handing over the box may be his only bargaining power, yet the exchange could still cost him everything.

During the following week, Valentin is expected to approach Brennan with the black box. The item comes from a surprising source, but Brennan will probably have to pay a very high price to obtain it.

Once Brennan finally gets what he needs, he contacts Nina with news of the breakthrough. Unfortunately, he may already be too late to prevent another crisis.

That crisis could involve Drew.

Nina accompanies Drew to Scout’s lake event while Willow is away in Washington. Drew, who is using a wheelchair, begins speaking and surprises Nina by addressing her directly. He may overhear part of her conversation with Brennan and provoke her with what he knows.

Spoilers suggest that Nina is pushed too far and pushes back. That wording may become frighteningly literal if Drew’s wheelchair rolls off the Quartermaine dock and into the lake.

Nina could deliberately release the brake, shove the chair or simply allow it to move toward the water. Whatever happens, Drew is expected to nearly drown.

Gio then saves a life, strongly suggesting that he dives into the lake and rescues Drew. Although Gio does the morally right thing, several people in Port Charles may secretly wish he had arrived a little later.

Drew has created many enemies, including Nina, Willow, Tracy and Brennan. His survival will therefore create more problems than relief.

Elizabeth also pushes back against Willow, possibly over Drew’s behavior or the growing chaos surrounding him. Jason later urges Danny to remain civil with Drew so that Danny can continue seeing Scout. The request may be difficult for Danny, especially as tensions grow among Rocco, Charlotte and the newly aged teenage Scout.

Jason’s return also affects Britt. When she sees him at General Hospital, she is thrilled, but Jason may not be seeking a romantic reunion. After his recent WSB ordeal, he begins having serious conversations with the people closest to him and explains the changes he intends to make in his life.

Britt, meanwhile, receives tough love after regaining her job. She is unhappy about being assigned menial responsibilities connected to the hospital softball team, and Elizabeth is likely to supervise her closely throughout her probation.

Elsewhere, Portia prepares to bring her baby home. Curtis asks whether he can stay with her for the child’s first night, but Portia does not appear enthusiastic. Her answer could surprise him and may also complicate his relationship with Jordan.

Michael has a revealing conversation with Jordan and asks whether she regrets rejecting Sidwell’s offer to arrange treatment for her scars. Michael may be able to help her access the same clinic that treated him, but Jordan’s involvement with Sidwell remains extremely risky.

Lulu also tells Dante that she knows what she must do, although she is unsure whether she can follow through. Her dilemma likely concerns Valentin and Charlotte’s custody arrangement. She may consider accepting shared custody or allowing Charlotte to spend more time with her father.

Stella welcomes Marshall back to Port Charles, where he is eager to meet his new grandson. Ethan and Ava continue growing closer, although their romance may be brief because Ethan appears destined to go on the run.

A new doctor named Tristan may also discover unexpected connections in Port Charles. Businessman Hudson arrives as well and is reportedly linked to dangerous figures, possibly including Sidwell and his allies.

With Anna closing in on the missing evidence, Dante’s secret threatening his career and Drew fighting for his life, Port Charles is heading into a week filled with consequences that cannot remain hidden much longer.
