General Hospital Predictions: Chase Rejects Willow’s Plea as Jason Realizes Anna Is Hiding a Dangerous Secret

Several Port Charles residents could face life-changing consequences on General Hospital as Willow Corinthos’ attempt to escape justice begins falling apart. Chase may finally refuse to protect his former love, while Ethan Lovett’s promising romance with Ava Jerome could end almost as quickly as it began.

Elsewhere, Serena Baldwin’s return may ignite both a corporate rivalry and an unexpected romance with Michael Corinthos. Jack Brennan could also obtain the evidence needed to silence Drew Cain at the last possible moment. Meanwhile, Jason Morgan may become the first person to recognize that Anna Devane has not truly recovered from her recent WSB ordeal.

Chase refuses to cover for Willow

Willow asks Chase for an enormous favor when he arrives to bring her to the Port Charles Police Department. She wants him to claim that he could not find her, giving her more time to escape with her children.

The request places Chase in an extremely difficult position.

He still cares about Willow, and their long history makes it hard for him to treat her like an ordinary suspect. However, Dante has already questioned whether Chase can remain objective where she is concerned.

Anna also suggested that Chase may have an opportunity to reclaim his detective badge. This assignment could become an important test of his judgment and professionalism.

Willow is linked to Jenz Sidwell and needs to answer serious questions. Allowing her to disappear would not simply be a personal favor. It could cost Chase his career and potentially expose him to criminal consequences.

Chase may also realize that Willow is attempting to take advantage of his feelings again. She knows he has protected her in the past and may assume that he will continue putting her needs ahead of his responsibilities.

This time, he is likely to refuse.

Chase may tell Willow that he is sorry, but she must accompany him to the station. His answer will terrify her because Drew could awaken and reveal everything he knows at any moment.

Ethan suddenly abandons Ava

Unfortunately, their relationship may be cut short.

Ava comes clean with Ethan early in the week, but she later becomes suspicious when his behavior changes. Ethan then receives a shocking message or encounter connected to his past.

The timing of Serena Baldwin’s return could be significant.

Serena has spent time away from Port Charles and may have crossed paths with Ethan before coming home. She could possess information that forces him to leave town immediately.

Ethan may deliver unexpected news to Lulu before disappearing. He could reveal that someone is hunting him, that an old obligation has returned or that remaining in Port Charles would endanger the people around him.

Ava will likely feel betrayed.

She may believe Ethan used her or never intended to build a real relationship. However, he could be leaving because he genuinely wants to protect her.

The exit would be disappointing for viewers hoping to see Ava receive a passionate new storyline. Still, Ethan’s departure does not have to be permanent. A mysterious escape would leave the door open for him to return once the danger has passed.

Michael and Serena clash at Deception

Serena’s arrival may create immediate chaos at Deception.

Michael recently acquired Maxie’s shares, making him an influential shareholder in the company. His growing power places him directly in conflict with Lucy Coe, Tracy Quartermaine and anyone else attempting to control Deception’s future.

As Lucy’s surrogate daughter, Serena may return determined to defend her family’s interests.

She could view Michael as an outsider attempting to take over a company built by the women closest to her. Michael, meanwhile, may believe Deception needs stronger leadership and more disciplined business decisions.

Their first encounters could be filled with arguments, competing strategies and personal insults.

That tension may eventually become attraction.

An enemies-to-lovers storyline would give Michael a fresh romantic direction while Serena becomes more deeply connected to the canvas. Their corporate battles could gradually reveal that they respect each other’s intelligence and ambition.

This possible romance would create trouble for Jacinda.

Jacinda is already frustrated that Michael’s strategy against Willow is moving too slowly. She may take matters into her own hands and target the mother of Michael’s children without his approval.

If Jacinda crosses a dangerous line, Michael could end their relationship.

At the same time, Brennan is negotiating with Valentin Cassadine for the missing black box.

Valentin’s price appears reasonable: he wants the WSB to unfreeze his assets. Brennan may accept because recovering the box is more important than preserving the agency’s leverage over Valentin.

Carly worries that Brennan could kill Valentin after obtaining what he needs, but a deal is more likely. Brennan wants the evidence quickly and cannot afford another unnecessary crisis.

The timing could save Willow and Nina.

Drew may wake up prepared to reveal Willow’s secrets, only for Brennan to arrive with information that changes the balance of power. Whatever is inside the black box may give Brennan enough leverage to force Drew into silence.

Drew could go from believing he controls Willow’s future to realizing that speaking against her would expose his own wrongdoing.

Nina may temporarily avoid consequences as well, although Gio’s account of the rescue could still create problems. He may have seen or heard something that contradicts her version of events.

Drew will not abandon his desire for revenge. If Brennan’s evidence prevents him from attacking Willow directly, he will simply search for another method.

Jason recognizes that Anna is not well

Anna has convinced doctors and her loved ones that she can distinguish reality from delusion after her traumatic WSB experience.

The truth may be very different.

Peter August continues haunting her mind, encouraging her to punish Britt Westbourne and insisting that Britt is as dangerous as Cesar Faison. Anna may understand on some level that Peter is not physically present, but the hallucinations still influence her behavior.

So far, nobody has recognized how serious her condition remains.

Jason may be the exception.

He recently survived his own brutal WSB ordeal and understands how torture can distort a person’s thinking long after the physical captivity ends. When he reconnects with Anna, he may notice small details others have ignored.

Anna could become unusually hostile whenever Britt is mentioned. She may repeat phrases that sound like Peter or reveal knowledge she should not possess.

Jason is unlikely to immediately conclude that Anna is hallucinating Peter. However, he may realize that her obsession with Britt has no rational explanation.

That discovery will place him in a difficult position.

Jason cares about Anna and understands that exposing her condition could threaten her career and independence. At the same time, he will not allow her to endanger Britt.

Although Jason and Britt may not build a lasting romantic future, their bond remains significant. He will protect her if he believes Anna is targeting her under the influence of a hallucination.

Jason may quietly warn Dante or Laura that something is wrong. He could also confront Anna directly and ask questions designed to determine whether she is fully connected to reality.
